Refund Policy
All payments are non-refundable, except when the Event is cancelled and not re-scheduled to occur within 6 months from the original date. In case of re-scheduling, we reserve the right to hold the Event at a substantially similar or suitable venue.
DISCLAIMER: In case of unavailability of or limitations in any activities, talks, sticker packs, swags, merchandises, meals, labs, and other features, we reserve the right to replace such with a substantially similar or suitable activity, talk, sticker pack, swag, merchandise, meal, lab, or feature, as the case may be.
